- Delivery Options:
We offer two primary delivery options:
- Standard Delivery: Our team will deliver your climbing frame to your specified address.
- Delivery and Installation: In addition to delivery, our team will also install your climbing frame at the designated location.
We also provide a collection option from our premises.
- Pre-Delivery Preparation:
Prior to delivery, please ensure that the installation site is clear and accessible. Clear any obstacles, debris, or vegetation that may obstruct the path to the installation site. Measure the space to ensure adequate room for the climbing frame and any required safety zones. Our team have the right to delay service or quote additional costs if the installation site is not suitable. If you are unsure if the area is clear, accessible and suitable, please send us through a picture and we will confirm.
- Delivery Day:
Prior to delivery, our office staff will be in touch to confirm timeframes and to collect the full balance prior to the delivery and installation. Please ensure someone is available to receive the delivery and provide access to the installation site. Our team will unload the climbing frame and conduct a brief inspection to ensure all components are accounted for and in good condition.
- Installation Process:
If you’ve opted for delivery and installation, our experienced team will begin the installation process. We will assemble the climbing frame according to the specifications provided during the ordering process. During installation, we may require access to power outlets and tools to complete the assembly efficiently.
- Safety Considerations:
Safety is our top priority during the installation process. Our team will secure the climbing frame with post-crete, keeping with all relevant safety standards. We recommend supervising children and pets and keeping them away from the installation area until the process is complete. The team will advise how long before the climbing frame can be used due to the setting of the post-crete. If this advice is not followed, Ballycastle Climbing Frames are not responsible for any damage caused.
- Completion and Inspection:
Once the installation is complete, our team will conduct a final inspection to ensure everything is in order. We will provide you with a brief overview of the climbing frame features and any maintenance recommendations.
- Customer Satisfaction:

- Post-Installation Care:

Delivery times may vary depending on the complexity of the order and our current workload. Delivery times are subject to change due to the nature of the business. Customers will be notified promptly of any delays, and will not be compensated for such.
