Due to the bespoke nature of our products and services, once install dates have been allocated in our diary, no refunds can be issued.

Any deposits made are non-refundable under any circumstances.
No Returns
We do not accept returns on products or services purchased. Please make sure you have reviewed your purchase carefully before finalising your payment.
Exceptions
No exceptions to this policy will be entertained unless a product or service is faulty or not as described. In such cases, you must notify us within 7 days of receiving the product.
